Returns & Refunds
The short version: If something's wrong with your snag, we've got you. If you just changed your mind, we've got you too — with a few conditions.
How long do you have? 30 days from delivery. After that, we can't make it work.
What can be returned?
Most items are returnable within 30 days if they're unused, in original condition, and still in the packaging they arrived in. Keep your order confirmation — you'll need it.
The following can't be returned:
- Daily drop items (unless it arrived defective or we sent the wrong thing — that we fix, no question)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Certain health and personal care items
If your item shows up damaged, missing parts, or not as described — that's on us. We'll make it right.
Your refund options
Once we receive and inspect your return (1–3 business days), we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, you can choose a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Return shipping
If it arrived defective or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is on us. We verify all defective and wrong-item claims on receipt — if we can't confirm the issue, shipping costs come out of the refund.
For everything else, return shipping is on you.
For orders over $75, use a trackable shipping service. We can't be responsible for returns that don't make it back.
How to start a return
Use the Contact Us form at snaggit.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, what's going on, and a photo if you're reporting a defect or wrong item. We'll take it from there.
